Pixify Hub Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Pixify Hub. The following terms and conditions apply to the services we provide.

Pixify Hub’s Role:

1. The Services:
   • Pixify Hub will deliver the services outlined in the Services section. If the scope of the project evolves, we will discuss these changes with you as soon as possible and agree on any necessary adjustments to the scope and the Quote/Production Estimate.
2. Information:
   • To ensure optimal results, collaboration is key. You (or your other advisors) need to provide information promptly. We will assume the information you provide is accurate unless you inform us otherwise.
3. Incidentals:
   • Costs for couriers or printed proofs from external printers, if required, will be charged to you.
4. Force Majeure:
   • Pixify Hub will not be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Payment Terms:

1. Payment Terms:
   • Payments should be made via bank transfer to Pixify Hub’s designated account. We retain ownership of all work until full payment is received.
2. Other Specialist Services:
   • Custom quotes will be provided for additional services (e.g., photography, videography). Costs for such services will be quoted separately and passed on to third parties as applicable.

Content:

1. Content and Images:
   • You are responsible for supplying accurate content and images related to your business and marketing goals. Pixify Hub is not liable for errors in content provided by you. Changes resulting from such errors may incur additional charges. Content should be provided in a suitable digital format unless otherwise agreed.

Confidentiality:

1. Confidentiality:
   • Pixify Hub will maintain confidentiality of your documents and information, except as required by law or with your permission. We may disclose your documents to:
     • Your other service providers involved in any assignment with Pixify Hub.
     • Pixify Hub’s affiliates or related parties.
     • Any other service provider to whom we may delegate aspects of any assignment to provide a comprehensive range of services.

Liability:

1. Liability:
   • Our total liability to you, whether in contract or tort, is limited to the total price paid by you. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profits, business, revenue, or goodwill.

Variation:

1. Variation:
   • These Terms and Conditions (and/or any related agreements) may be modified by mutual written agreement. Any changes will not affect rights or obligations that have already accrued unless expressly agreed otherwise.
